About this position
The County Court Clerk is responsible for maintaining court records, authenticating court orders and judgements, and administering oaths to witnesses and jurors.
Eligibility requirements

- Must be a resident of the district
- 1. Qualified to vote for and hold the office sought 2. A resident of the Commonwealth for one year immediately preceding the election 3. Fee & signature requirements
Candidates for membership on the governing body of any county or city must collect at least 125 signatures; or if from an election district not at large containing 1,000 or fewer registered voters, 50 signatures. There is a filing fee of 2% of the minimum annual salary for the office sought in effect in the year in which the candidate files for all primary candidates only.
